The past two weeks have been insanely busy with travel, workshops, printers, photographers, meetings, auditions, and squeezing life in there somewhere. Sometimes it seems impossible to clear the schedule, turn off the phone, lock myself in the studio and do what I love, paint. Today the gates to the house remained locked and I was able to exhale; it has been a pajama day. I didn't stop working, I just did it in pajamas. What a pleasure it was to get back to Joan's painting, on such a beautiful quite Sunday. Perfect, considering I worked on prayer ties.
